Whenever I have to go on a long car trip I make sure I wiggle and shake from time to time to keep my circulation going and keep my joints lubricated with that good synovial fluid.</description>

		<description>Well, Jean, I don&#039;t know. I usually get palpitations during commercial breaks in the wake of which I often lose the plot of the film I am watching. Palpitations, shaking one&#039;s head, flying into a rage alternated by laughing at the stupidity of this world burn up calories at the rate of knots, keeping all sorts of muscles active, whilst sitting down.

right now...I road testing a foot stool to try and curtail circulation problems and the plantar fascia - likes the rest!

i can&#039;t use the foot stool...at this particular computer space but by the end of next week it will all be in a new space in the house, different &#039;table&#039; as well so the foot stool can be used there!

I agree with you about fidgeting.  I do that especially if I have to sit for long periods, like waiting for an appointment or sitting in a car.  It keeps the circulation going and the joints lubricated.  Watching TV is no problem because I always exercise when I do it, no sitting then for me.</description>
