My wife is into autobiographies. I don’t care much for them. Even Angela’s Ashes, which she was fanatical over, didn’t do much for me.

But Jeannette Walls’ “The Glass Castle” was one that I’ll remember for a long time.

Another really good one was “The Dream:A Memoir” by Harry Bernstein, and even his “The Invisible Wall”.

My preference is for non-fiction. You can view from my blog the books I’ve read recently.

I already have a lot of books here…that I haven’t gotten around to reading!

In the last few days I have been moving bedrooms and a stack of books got uplifted at some point from beside the bed…I notice a couple I have bought, that somehow I don’t think I have read past the first few pages!

Of course, they have just been shifted in their stacks…not direct to the new bedroom but rather to a holding/sorting out area. Time will tell if they get read during this next Semester which begins tomorrow
