He wants to make big changes in how things are done. Whether or not he'll succeed is another matter. We shall see. We're living in revolutionary (hopefully peaceful) times. rummuser, Congress tried to limit executive compensation in firms accepting taxpayer money, but Bush managed to sidestep the rules.
