Optimizing Stress
We keep hearing that stress is bad for us, that it wrecks our health and our relationships and makes us miserable. Yes, too much stress can do that, but too often we forget that not enough stress is as bad as too much. We can think of stress as the spice of life:

- If there's too much stress it burns out your body. And in the process you can feel overwhelmed, helpless and hopeless.
- Just the right amount, the optimal amount for you, and you feel challenged and fully alive.
